SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
Construction of Satellite Regasification Stations in the Towns of the Plurinational State of Bolivia
SCOPE EXECUTED
- Validate the detailed engineering of the ISBL works beforehand
- Develop the engineering for the OSBL works, according to the basic engineering provided.
- Carry out the works in the ISBL and OSBL areas in accordance with applicable regulations and required authorizations, ensuring compliance with them by its personnel and subcontractors
- Provide the equipment, materials, pipes, fittings, valves, instruments, thermal insulation, supports , consumables, supplies and other items necessary for the completion of the Project.
- Carry out the construction work of civil works, electro-mechanical assembly, instrumentation and control, including all the equipment, instruments and components required in the ESRs in the ISBL and OSBL areas , considering the necessary modifications in structures and accesses of the ESRs .
- Responsible for the overall direction and coordination of the Project.
- Develop and implement a Quality Management and Control Plan for all phases and/or stages of the Project
- Prepare quality documentation such as: Plans (Construction and Assembly, Inspection and Testing, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start- up, etc. ) , Work Procedures and Instructions, Inspection Records, Test Records, etc. For each one of the stages of the Project.
- Prepare and deliver “AS BUILT” drawings, data book , calculation reports, operation manuals (air compressor, emergency diesel electric generator, power transformer and PCI system, complementary civil works), safety and maintenance.
