Compliance Program
TECSOL operates according to high international standards for the prevention and control of money laundering, terrorist financing, and other economic crimes. Our operations are risk-based (RBA), incorporating national regulations—such as those established by the Organic Law Against Organized Crime and Terrorist Financing (LOCDOFT)—and guidelines issued by the Superintendency of Banking Sector Institutions (SUDEBAN). These serve as the foundation for our Comprehensive Risk Management System (SIAR LC/FT/FPADM). We tailor our risk matrix to the specific profile of each counterparty and transaction, in alignment with the sanctions compliance guidelines (FACTOR E) recommended by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
This Compliance Program is supported by international frameworks, including COSO, various ISO standards (such as 31000, 37001, 37300, 45001, and 26000), and the UNE-ISO standards for compliance management systems. We maintain an internal Risk Management Unit, overseen by a Compliance Officer, dedicated to the comprehensive prevention of economic crimes—including those related to tax, environmental, labor, and human rights matters.
Our company maintains a robust legal framework for preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and other corporate offenses, integrated with sound corporate governance practices. This approach is rooted in a clear culture of moral, ethical, and principled conduct, which forms an essential part of the values and standards upheld by our personnel.
