Road infrastructure and large-scale earthmoving
Operational capacity and advanced technology for large-scale road projects
Topographic study and survey using state-of-the-art technological equipment, with trained teams in the field and office, minimizing calculation errors to their lowest level and optimizing the geometric design of roads in accordance with parameters established in current road standards.
TECSOL has modern heavy equipment for large-scale earthmoving works (cutting, filling, material hauling, and final disposal); for this, satellite control systems have been implemented across our CATERPILLAR machinery, thereby achieving the movement of more than 1 million m³ to date. The engineering team carries out volume control using digital tools for mass diagram calculations, enhancing the efficiency and performance of our equipment.
On-site treatment and quarrying of aggregates with METSO crushers, with daily output volumes that provide us with unique autonomy in the sector while ensuring quality in aggregate production, complying with ASTM and AASHTO quality standards as well as quality control regulations required by current road manuals, successfully meeting specification standards and requirements.
PAVEMENT DESIGN AND PRODUCTION:
Development of mix designs for diverse pavement applications, both rigid and flexible, in accordance with AASHTO, ASTM, and current national road standards. This results in remarkable performance through the use of concrete fibers as a substitute for steel, enhancing material behavior under tensile and compressive stresses. Design and production of asphalt mixtures using MARSHALL and Superpave methods for polymer-modified asphalts PG 46/ 52/ 58/ 64/ 70/ 76/ 82, designed to withstand the most severe and aggressive climatic conditions worldwide. Large-scale production of concrete and asphalt mixtures using our ELKON, CIBER, and BOMAG MARINI plants.
CONSTRUCTION OF BRIDGES, DRAINAGE WORKS, AND ANCILLARY STRUCTURES:
Greater production efficiency with our concrete batching plants offering a capacity exceeding 60 m³/h, backed by a fleet of concrete mixer trucks to execute all required structural elements, including pre-tensioned and post-tensioned beams.
Fabrication of precast elements such as box and pipe culverts according to client-specified dimensions, and complementary components including curbs and New Jersey barrier walls. In-plant and on-site quality control, ensuring that concrete complies with the strength parameters required by each project’s technical specifications; supported by laboratory equipment and a responsible team for mix proportioning, sampling, compressive strength break tests, and additional concrete verification trials.
